This is an efficiency condo with king size bed, cable, Internet, kitchen & short walk to the beach. The condo is new renovated in 2018 (new furniture, new kitchen, new TV)
State of the art equipment : cable LCD TV, PlayStation 4; Apple TV ; Microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator; water kettle, Brita water filter, Keurig coffee machine & Filter caffee machine, Amazon tv with Netflix; first aid kit, fire extinguisher
Our condo is ground floor, only 20 ft to the swimming pool. In addition, you'll be able to watch the sun set across bell channel from the back door. You'll be able to make your own meals in our fully furnished kitchen, or go into Port Lucaya or Taino Resort as options for meals.

The condos at Obera Beach are in one of the most peaceful and serene settings in Freeport. You will enjoy the quietness of the area, or you'll be able to go to Port Lucaya for nightlife and activities only a 10 minute boat ride from the flamingo bay hotel, which is only two minutes away from the condo.
